Tell us whether you use iPhone, iPad or Android, your game version and what happened. Do not send passwords, access codes or identity documents unless they are needed for your request.
How do I choose the game language?
In version 1.1, the interface supports European Portuguese and English. By default, Automatic uses European Portuguese when your device is set to any variety of Portuguese, and English for all other device languages.
Open Settings → Language and choose Automatic, Português (Portugal) or English. The change takes effect immediately and your choice is saved on this device. Automatic checks the system language again when the game starts and when you return to it from the background.
Both languages work offline. Changing language preserves your best scores, session, volume settings, pending results and a paused round. Traditional pastry names stay in Portuguese; player names and external Unity messages keep their original text.
Do I need an account to play?
No. You can play locally, with your best score and preferences stored on your device. An account is required for the online leaderboard. Open Account to sign in through Unity Player Accounts in your browser.
How do I join the leaderboard?
Sign in and choose a nickname before starting a round. Your country or territory is optional. The leaderboard shows your best validated score in the 60-second mode. Free practice and earlier local rounds are not submitted for competition.
My score did not appear
Check your Internet connection, sign in to the same account and make sure you have chosen a nickname. If a submission fails, the game may keep that account's best pending result and try again. A round must be submitted within seven days and pass server validation. Local best scores and online scores are separate.
Can I use my account on another device?
Yes. Sign in to the same Unity Player Accounts account to recover your profile and view your online score. The leaderboard does not synchronise each device's local best score or preferences.
Where can I find account notices?
Open Account → Account notices to view notices provided by Unity about your account, including any restrictions and information on requesting a review.
How do I delete my game account and data?
- Open Account and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Select Delete game data, then confirm with Delete data.
- Wait for confirmation. If an error appears, try again or contact us.
This removes your profile, score, covered round records and Tuga Ninja authentication identity when the process completes successfully. That account's pending result on this device is also removed. Your local best score and preferences remain. The privacy policy explains retention of technical records.
You can also request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing tuganinja.suporte@gmail.com, even if you cannot access the game. Include your nickname and describe your request; we may ask for proportionate information to confirm that the account belongs to you.
Your global Unity Player Accounts account is managed separately. Use Unity's account deletion page to delete it. Deleting that account does not replace a request concerning Tuga Ninja data.
